Saved me hours actually automating the thing, and of course the automation itself pays back indefinitely.
But even for many coding tasks it sucks. And the chatbot for normies and generative art/music/whatever incarnations are net negatives I feel

It's genuinely useful for some subset of programming tasks. I've found it particularly useful in automating annoying grunt work. Eg one of my release processes was manual, long, and laborious. I fed the doc to an LLM and explained how I wanted it automated, and it was 90% there

Ooh that's a beautiful bird! Don't have those in the UK. The images online show it as having a grey body. Does yours look darker because it's wet, or is it a juvenile or something?

Yeah they're a lovely antidote to the regular blockbuster junk. I'd go all the time if I lived that close! The old YMCA near me has recently been refurbished and started showing the odd film. I saw an excellent Welsh language horror film there

Started the other day. Am I right that I'm expected to block more than dodge? Coming from dark souls I was trying to dodge with little success. Then I started blocking/parrying and have been having a better time with it.
