NDP and Green have no budget for an election. An election would make matters worse for them. Unless their fundraising changes dramatically, they will still be delaying the election in 4 years.

In 2-4 years, when we go to the polls, there will be little progress. I doubt serious investors come forward. Too many political, environmental and logistical challenges.They canceled before. There aren’t any good port locations. All pose risks for big ships. Insurance companies won’t underwrite it.
