On 1/20/25 Donald Trump pardoned 10 individuals convicted and imprisoned for violating 2384 Seditious Conspiracy for their part in the January 6th riots attempting to stop the electoral college certification, and in doing so adhered to their needs,_provided aid and comfort, and ended Donald Trump's presidency.
TITLE 18 CHAPTER 115 52381: TREASON
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned... and fined... and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

@diagnosedbratty.bsky.social The Treason Disqualification could use some context. Relating the act in accordance with the legal definition. Treason usually involves a direct foreign link. Emoluments, bribery and sensitive intelligence passing that involve foreign actors need to be shown.
