The tracks of our lives, Music is the soundtrack to our best memories
My dad moved from Dublin to London as a teen. He met a bunch of Caribbean kids who introduced him to reggae and really spicy curries. And that's how I grew up with You Can Get it if You Really Want played to me on repeat in the car as a kid. My dad would laugh when I sang along. RIP Jimmy Cliff

One of the most exciting sunsets I've captured. A thunderstorm came rolling in just as the clouds started to change color. Smith Rock State Park in Oregon.

The long black spine of the pier juts out across sleeping sand. Beneath the dark trestle-work, the North Sea offers a repetitive apology around the barnacled pillars. Beyond the hiss of waves hang the colours of the sky-pale blue, a whisper of peach,
streaks of yolk-yellow not yet sharpened to gold.

I so look forward to reading these posts. Wonderful ♥️
The beacon unlids its eye. A green pulse, a blade of emerald light,
shearing damp air. A swift cut across the wet skin of the pier, gleaming on concrete, catching nails and knots in a sudden, liquid gloss. It etches a path over dark waters, a momentary road to the distant, dreaming shore.
