18. Subnautica is such a cool game, full stop. I really dig the underwater vibes, and base building will always be a plus for me. I always felt like this is the type of game that would be great with multiplayer, so I'm so glad that I'm getting my wish granted when 2 comes out.

17. Probably the most frustrating one on this list. This game is absurdly good and I am utterly FROTHING for another one. The campaign is probably the best I've played and I'm begging for more. I *NEED* more Titanfall in my life 🙏

15. Monster Hunter (Both World and Rise, but mainly World) had to be here somewhere. I didn't really give MH a chance until Sunbreak, but with Wilds right around the corner, I had to give World another chance, and I got addicted real fast, even with some of my (albeit minor) frustrations.

14. I don't really even know what all that needs to be said about this game. I didn't really have much interest for the first few months after it came out, but I started seeing more and more and now I love the late night chill vibes with friends when we play this.

13. I feel like we need more games like Hi-Fi Rush. I fell in love immediately, Chai is hilarious, I love 808, and the music is phenomenal. Seriously can't get enough of this game

Armored Core 6 was one of my favorite games that came out last year. It was incredibly challenging, currently the first and only fromsoft game I've played. Finally beating the bosses after a build change was so satisfying 🥹

I love Trackmania. It's just such a simple arcade-y racing game that I adore. Always such a nice casual fall back for me that I hop on and can spend so much time trying to improve my times.

As someone who has never gotten to try D&D but always had an interest, when Baldur's Gate 3 got big, I was really hesitant to give it a shot. I finally got the game and I am so in love. I have yet to do a multiplayer play-through but I really want to.

In the words of @akashifae.bsky.social, I am not Immune to Toby Fox games, and Undertale shook me to my CORE. I finally played it after being urged by several friends, and I am so glad I did. I cried several times, and finally beating sans for the first time was unbelievably satisfying.

It Takes Two is the best game I've only experienced once. I played it two years ago with @vendryk.fuzzbit.ch, and I loved every second of it. Beautiful from start to finish, definitely would like to revisit at some point now that it's been a while

I always wrote Inscryption off, thinking it just wasn't my type of game, but I am SO glad I gave it a chance. I really can't say too much about the game without spoiling things, but it hooked me immediately and I couldn't put it down for a while.

I fucking LOVE Ace Combat. I remember playing 4 when I was younger but I was only old enough to truly appreciate it when I first played 7. Another game I go back and play every once in a while, a silly little jet anime with some of the best musical set pieces I've ever experienced.
