They are dragging their feet, because it takes time to wipe the records and/or recreate them.

Let's not say he drops tariffs. Let's say he changed his tune on the tariffs he put in place. Saying he drops them makes him sound like he did us a favor. He put them there in the first place.

I understand, though I was always interested in Politics. My history teacher was quite sure I was going to be in Government. I moved away from it. I'm still quite passionate about it, but have learned I can't change everyone's mind.
