The Secretary is incompetent. Assuming he did quit drinking, heavy drinkers are impaired long after they stop drinking. He shouldn't be in charge of the lunch order, nevermind any other orders.

He'll never say his admin made a mistake. But, didn't we want to protect Afghanis who worked with us? Way too many of them were not protected. How could anyone have seen this coming? What's involved in granting asylum? Is that guy's family still in Afghanistan? There must be more to this story.
