I don’t use a recipe, but I start by roasting fresh tomatoes and garlic (with olive oil) for about an hour at 400 degrees.Saute peppers and onion, add the tomatoes, chili beans, black beans, kidney beans. Add cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper to taste. Let it simmer an hour or more.
