Oh yes, can go on about this at length.
My council will only fund things that make for a press opportunity, like hiring a bus to go around telling us about our rights.
Actually ask for our rights, ask for the support people actually need... silence.
If I hear the say "coproduction" one more time...

We worked so hard during Covid to get carers flagged onto GP systems. It was an uphill battle then.

Even got a carer to talk to then vaccine minister as it got ridiculous. Often receptionists didn’t understand carers could be any age.

It’s something that needs addressing.
