Unfortunately, personally, I think a big event is now necessary to 'reset' and remind us all, 'War is bad"...

Not adjusting. Just testing. If the voltage coming from your power supply is too low, time to get another power supply. Manufacturers do not currently allow users to modify output voltages on standard computer power supplies.

I'm partial to the hard lines of the first one. For me, it's always been easier to read an artist's 'intentions' with hard line drawings.

After that. I would check the power draw of your NVME drives. Then check the max power draw of your M.2 slot. NVME drives are power hungry beasts and if you don't supply them with enough pixies they feign death a bunch.

Check the voltages of your power supplies. Power supplies age at about the same rate and can produce the symptoms you are describing.

Pardon my two cents, but these are some of the reasons that resistance to these huge moments in history fail. Corporations and Governments have singular focus. A group of aligned individuals 'can' have the same focus but more often than not end up witch-hunting themselves into oblivion. Like here.
