He's not the only ICE agent I've come across that isn't happy about Noem/Holman and Trump. They have a strict training and ethical code. Police around here aren't going to cross the line unless they've already crossed it several times.

ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS is a real ICE Agent with 10+ years who had 6 months of training and classroom training which was constantly updated as laws changed. He is NOT eager to work with these 5 Week wonders hired for their allegiance to Trump rather than the Rule of Law. There's your division.
