Question for y’all in the medical field:
If (for example) I injured my throat doing… throat things… what would be an appropriate liquid-based diet that wouldn’t leave me nutrient deficient for too long if swallowing is an issue?
I’m too embarrassed to ask my doc but I did make sure I’m fine :P
