Finished my 30 minute Chappell Roan arm workout with Rebecca Kennedy and puppers had to join. Roan’s album is SO good and I hope she wins at the Grammy’s and then just yells at everybody. I LOVE her. #rebeccakennedy #chappellroan

Did my Peloton Cody Rigsby workout and made pancakes from a cookbook my Grandma gave me in 1994. The secret is melted butter in the batter and separating your egg whites. 😋

2016 kind of broke me. Felt side swiped. Spent alot of time neglecting myself and family working for “justice”. Discovered it’s so much more complicated and that our online lives were poisoning us. Bluesky gives me hope that I can share my more mature response. Feed people. Exercise. Help kids. 🦋
