OH wait . another thing. i'm so concerned about the party system and the fact that you just randomly pick party members up. part of the fun in octopath is the fact that it has eight main characters that you get to know over time. meanwhile, i picked up some random scholar who was like "OH SHIT!!!!

happen since i played the first half or so of cotc. even then, though, i've had fun replaying the first couple octopaths in the past! i like replaying games in general! so again, something in 0 just isn't quite clicking for me yet. i'm hoping it starts to click more once the full game is out
