No. Trans people have their preferred pronouns and I’ll use those. But we don’t need to get to ridiculous levels of contortion and change common everyday language.
Most trans people just want to live their lives. They don’t wince at a “ladies and gentlemen” from an emcee.

I can understand why you’d personally have a negative view of him from your experience but I don’t think that’s a good way of judging people in perpetuity
