Grateful to have healed from a torn muscle that I injured while doing pushups over a week ago. Started my day with two sets of 60 pushups this morning.
While I enjoy the mature fitness vibes that I project, I got to remember that healing isn’t being lazy.

It's the first time that my millennial ass has to deal with a younger person at work who sucks at dealing with technical computer issues even though it's part of their job...and it's not been fun.
