I have to point out that this is paid for by National Insurance contributions taken out of your salary before you are paid. Both employers and employees pay. But on £50,000 pa an employee pays £58 a week.

It’s interesting how out of step ‘world leader’ the USA is.
For example I was going to say it was 19 degrees here in Oxfordshire in the UK, but of course I mean Celsius (67 Fahrenheit).
I checked who still used Fahrenheit and got this!
