PS I still see the Banksia men in those plants. I used to pick them and show my students who were newcomers to Australia + the Mae Gibbs illustrations. Now they get to do online self teaching courses with no humans who care.

I think I got mine for my 9th birthday. I tried presenting a book report on it but I went on so long that the teacher had to cut me off
