I'm not sure I would call it a constitutional crisis if the planes don't turn around midflight, so long as he doesn't send more. At this point, the judiciary is still holding.

Putin is an habitual liar, though in this particular case momentum has been against the Ukrainians in Kursk in the past week especially. Maybe not encirclement, but even if not, they are in dire straits right now.

So thankful we have a robust judicial system, but can't shake the feeling of being on a rickety old ship being hammered by a storm that's just being held together by a few makeshift planks and a creaking hull.

Reflecting on Angelo's 8th post here, both sides are more easily pulled in this environment by the fringes not by moderates. However, the much of the Left has arguably been less willing to create ecstatic, ideologically emotional memes(the Right will disagree, but this is protective).

I enjoy your interviews, but would also love to see you do some more on-the-ground reporting in the field if you're interested. You were always great at on-scene reporting, in my humble opinion. I hope you get the opportunity to still directly hold feet to the fire in this corrupt administration.
