Change your settings to automatically require alt text. And don't rely on the pre-generated alt text for gifs. Some of it is hilariously wrong/incomplete

I needed to feel good about myself and this did the trick. I wish I could say it was hard so I could really feel like I did something, but truth of the matter is not being a dick is surprisingly easy.

I have no idea who this cat is, where this photo was taken, or how it ended up in the middle of a series of photos taken in a friend's garden. This is not said friend's cat. I suspect the toddler got her hands on my camera for a bit.
