the real irony is they really are frugal EXCEPT for gambling. of all the ways to blow money, they chose that one thing. it’s mind-boggling lol

i think you're right lol. some people expect you to never do anything fun or enjoyable if you have bills/debt/whatever

right!! a gym membership for me falls into the same category as gas and groceries

it WOULD be frivolous spending if i had it and never went... but i'm there five days a week! i use it!
