I kept thinking "this is a very expensive game" the entire time. These are probably the closest to mainstream "big games" that I play...? I liked it plenty! Maybe a little long in the tooth, but still a fun romp beginning to end.

There’s a really fun two-chapter DQ1 manga in the original trial run of V-Jump from 1990-1991 that wasn’t collected until this DQ4 tankobon in 2002!

One of my main goals was getting a concrete release date (NOT cover date, as we’ve discussed countless times!) for the first issue of the second trial run of V-Jump. I picked around a month’s run of WJ around that timeframe in hopes of an ad, and because I’m just that good, I nailed it in one.

I fell off the Telltale train same as lotsa folks (after the original Walking Dead season), so it was great to hop back in to something similar. Great characters & acting. Enjoyed the dispatch missions & little hacking games. Glad to have played!
