The Roughspun Ruffian (previously a rare 'miniboss') on floors 20-29 of Palace of the Dead was stealth-nerfed at some point by the #ffxiv developers, and now only does ~155 auto attack damage to players with level 99 aetherpool gear.
Previously it would hit 500+.

After 4-6 hours across two days, I successfully cleared the #ffxiv Guardian Arkveld (extreme) trial! It was a VERY fun fight and probably the most hectic trial I've ran in a while as a healer.
Lots of picking people up and chaotic moments. Learners be learning!

After 4-6 hours across two days, I successfully cleared the #ffxiv Guardian Arkveld (extreme) trial! It was a VERY fun fight and probably the most hectic trial I've ran in a while as a healer.

I like how this S-Rank's (Rare spawn)'s spawn method is basically "there's a 2 day window, and everytime 'Squonk' casts 'Chirp' there's a smol chance the S-Rank will spawn"
So basically I get to let this oversized bird punch and kick me for ... A long amount of time.
