Finalmente, aquí la primera vez que veo a ICE diciendo cómo utilizan la data de las licencias de conducir de inmigrantes. Esencialmente, usan la licencia como prueba absoluta que la persona que están deteniendo se auto-identificó como inmigrante y ciudadano de otro país.

Aunque no se sabe si ICE tiene data solo de inmigrantes o de todo PR, una búsqueda les dio información de una persona que no fue detenida, según documentos.

Según otros documentos, haciendo una búsqueda con el nombre de una persona, pudieron encontrar la marca, el modelo, el color y la tablilla de un vehículo. En otro caso, "búsquedas de archivos" con vehículos le dieron a ICE los nombres de los dueños y sus direcciones.

As other outlets have reported, US issued a NOTAM for the San Juan Flight Information Region (TJZS) that started on Nov 18 and goes until mid Feb 2026 for "potentially hazardous situation" because of "an increase in state aircraft operations."

As Daniel reported, a man named Harry Fisch emailed Epstein saying that he set up a meeting with the Governor of Puerto Rico, who would have been Rick Rosselló at the time. Fisch had previously emailed him about an agreement they had not not going well.

Guantanamo Bay in Cuba
Saint Thomas in USVI
San Juan and Ponce in Puerto Rico.

In October, the Defense Logistics Agency requested comments from contractors to find somebody that can supply a six-month contract for full-service food support to visiting Navy ships. Other military branches throughout Puerto Rico can also be customers.

The Navy issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for food catering services for 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit personnel located at the RR airport from Sept to mid-Nov (base) and mid-Nov to Dec. 31 (option). It's currently unclear if the solicitation has been fulfilled.
