A single digit GOP win could easily scare the bezessus out of the Indiana GOP. You need to be able to consistently win R+10s for gerrymandering to work effectively. This is an R+20 district.

I feel like in the case of disability exploitation, it would need to happen within social groups with more knowledge of the situation than two randos on the street would have of each other.

Largely bc of a long and arguably legitimate push to demonize social coercion but like any pendulum it has swung too far.
