These bills also address the cruel conduct of ICE officers toward immigrant communities, stopping U.S. citizens from being kidnapped, ending family detentions, and barring ICE from raiding schools, hospitals, courts, and churches.

Together, the CPC-endorsed Insurrection Act of 2025 and National Proper Use Act rein in Trump's abuse of the National Guard deployments in U.S. cities, requiring Congressional consultation, judicial review, and reaffirming prohibitions on their use in domestic law enforcement.
