Quite un-nerving, I expect. Still, you`re safe. They know how to build safely. No shoddy workmanship there.

It was a pretty big one, by all accounts. Up north, out to sea, 7.5 magnitude.

You`re welcome. Glad you enjoyed it, on its 40th birthday!

Fun when that happens, isn`t it? They`re used to it. Don`t even sound the alarms when suddenly all the coat-hangers start swinging about on their own. "Don`t panic, Mr. Mainwaring!"

Awesome! Well done.

What I do in these cases is set up values in a apread-sheet that show me what is happening, and potentially alter some starting values to experiment.
My algorithm sends something up in the air with speed X, gravity applies, and the object hits the deck with a speed of more than X. Perpetual motion!

Seems to be that the reducing bounce algorithm stalls with certain number combinations. Since gravity works, and my algorithm doesn`t, then my mathematically simple algorithm isn`t quite good enough. Otherwise I could turn down gravity. I do have the power!

Just to put it out there then, my blog page is at:

35 hour week, I believe. 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. My previous job was 37, so I was taking it easy with the games writing.

Yes, but what is it? 😃
"It`s a high-impact, stainless-steel, self-assembly, modular unit."
"Yes, but what is it?"

Now rewired for permanent lights on (in digital mode at least). 10 wheels, 6 lights and 2 caterpillar tracks at the back.

That`s the invisible kleptomaniac aliens, BTW, I`m not barking mad. They`re real. Stuff disappears. Then it reappears days later. I never see them, but I know they`re there.

By errors, I mean interface changes I have to make to my calls and returns due to their changes. Some data types, structure changes, variable or constant name changes.
I'm not so mad as to do global changes in my code on single words that have changed.
Return values is worst as I check or use them.

The Holy sweater shall be worn closer to Christmas. I expect I'm allowed to unwrap it now. Let's see what the sweater says...
