During the pandemic I started cutting my own hair. I was very surprised that it turned out... not as bad as I expected. As soon as I got vaccinated I went back to the salon. For a while. I started cutting it myself again last year. 🧵

Fall color comes and goes too quickly. Not even a month ago my world was still green. Now only the elms are still putting on a show, like the star who comes on stage after the opening performers.

This a good point but you don't have to be *into* politics, you just need to pay attention. To be *into* politics seems to me the most soul crushing interest possible. Be *into* whatever brings you joy but pay attention to what political people are doing and vote intelligently.

My cats have 3 of these fish and it mildly freaks me out when I step on one. Because they're soft, for just a second it's like, "Oh gross! What the hell did I step on?" It's not so bad if I'm just wearing socks because then I can immediately feel what it is.

Cutting is done. I started preparing the pockets because I want to show you. Interior pockets can be anything. I used to buy white fabric for jeans pockets so they would be like the RTW ones but now I use whatever remnants I have. No one else knows I have kittens in my pockets.
