it may have been the game settings... it kind of shocks me they didn't fix the cap when they added upscaling with DT. shit just breaks lmao

if you have a nvidia card, you can use the control panel, locate the game exe, and set a 60fps cap there. amd has an equivalent too i think?

the in-game cap for me would always set my fps to like... 40 or something weird lol

weird, in my case capping to 60 outside of the game helped a lot. i always found the in-game cap to be broken. i also cranked down settings and effects for other players.. but if it's every area for you then that probably wouldn't matter so not sure

do you cap the fps? it’s pretty cpu intensive in populated areas so that helped my previous pc a lot
