There aren't many options to tweak the Qt styling, but I prefer this one over Kvantum. It's how I got the semi-transparent dolphin window.

I like a mix of my favorite parts of mac and windows, so I have the global menu in the top panel and the mac-like dock at the bottom, then the windows 11 style launcher, and a few other tweaks to the application styles.
