Consider your site content that is routinely updated, like weather maps, Covid charts, or stock graphs. Screen reader users encounter maps and charts where the image has been updated but the alt text hasn't. This can lead to confusion. Always update alt text when updating images.

My colleague points out here that possibly one in seven requests to our library now may be assisted by LLMs.
When those point to fictional documents, that's a huge staff time drain. There's often no quick way to check if an undigitized primary source doc exists beyond physically pulling some boxes.

it's not so much a debate concerning who has it worse and more so the fact that women have it worse then men because they're an oppressed class and that, since some women are trans and some men are trans, it's likely that some trans women will have a bone to pick with some trans men's behaviour
