i used to not even be verbal or able to speak to anyone because i had so much trouble focusing on what was being said if i wasn't already close to them. until i started sexualizing them and seeing them as porn and now suddenly i can talk to whoever because thoughts flow easier!

One thing that stands out to me about the use of this language (for example using "chad" as a compliment) is how it uncritically accepts the incel world view as true, vindicating incels in their social analysis, while simultaneously mocking them on the basis of these same values.

Today i finally saw someone point out the widespread adoption of incel terminology, and by extension, incel values (which overlap strongly with white supremacy). I have tried in the past to explain (to some of the most progressive people ever) the issue with using words like "based", but to no avail

I think it would be cool if we lived in a world in which everyone can read each other's thoughts and emotions and also understand why they are experiencing those thoughts and emotions.

Good thing platforms like bluesky are structured in such a way that it's impossible for minors to avoid seeing porn so that we can be performatively enraged about it 100% of the time while doing nothing to stop it, and directly contributing to it instead. This is what the ideal society looks like.

Literally seeing people complaining about why kids these days aren't "grateful" for small things adults do.
I don't know. Maybe it has to do with being born into a world where they're constantly told they don't belong anywhere and nothing is being done about major issues like climate change.
