the problem is getting that out to like 18 thousand people in a timely manner so usually what happens is I’m showing someone a diagram I drew four months ago that predicted the exact predicament we are facing with a solution that needs quick action

my skill is seeing 57 interconnected technology systems across 17 big ass organizations and understanding the critical migration paths where teams are not properly coordinated and then drawing a multidimensional diagram f changes over time explaining how to not break the whole thing all to hell
