A few hours later and undoubtedly a little calmer. Very very hard (almost impossible) for any Manger to deal with 9 of your 11 being hopelessly out of form. However, can anyone explain to me what are we? Are we high press, mid block, possession, low block? I’m baffled, what are we?

Fundamentally the difference in the vast majority of the games this season is the opposition being physically stronger than us and being hungrier to put their bodies on the line to stop us scoring. Squad looks unbalanced and way too lightweight

If this was Konate’s first such performance I would be fine. He has been dreadful bar about three games this season. Has to be dropped for his own good, I don’t care who plays in his place

Really, what is the actual point here of VAR. supposed to get rid of subjective decisions but time and time again they are making poor decisions. They should always send the ref to the screen rather than making the decision, they are reffing the game.

If anything goes against us, heads drop. We don’t value winning tackles or defending anywhere near enough. Forest have been Block FC but their will to win will win them the game. We are weak

We're not special I'm afraid. It's a European challenge that we are treating as if it's unique to us. There aren't domestic law solutions to international challenges.

I genuinely don’t care what happens tonight as we win second balls. Fundamentally that’s been our biggest issue this season. Our lack of physicality and anticipation has let us down horribly.

If Slot doesn’t turn this slump around he will be sacked. He made a comment about squad depth and he’s correct. In the summer we needed two centre backs, a right back, a DM, a box to box midfielder and a Diaz replacement. Whether that’s on Slot or Hughes is irrelevant, we still have these gaps
