When Enya was first encountered by Sev, regardless of the obligation he had to take the Youngling under his protection, he initially rejected him and wanted nothing to do with him.
This left Sev with a great deal of resentment towards him -- and by extension, anyone Enya gets physically close to.

Enya still keeps hold of his weapons from before he was exiled: dual chain blades, that are designed to channel aether. He hasn't used them in decades, but also can't quite part with them. No name for them though.
