I remember seeing two juxtaposed pictures around the time of Ferguson and remarking that Islamist terrorists have better trigger discipline than the average cop, and these clowns are somehow even worse.

I understand perfectly: one of the foundational pillars of conservatism is that poverty is a sign of moral sickness and therefore the poor deserve everything they (don't) get.
