Regardless, if you're struggling right now, I suggest looking up a couple of things:
- Coping with narcissists
- History of resistance movements here & abroad
- Positive news sites/videos
- Volunteer/Protest opportunities
- Events at your local library/National or State Park/Museum

I checked in with them. What they can reliably do to contribute to a community/home:
Dishes/laundry
Pet care/feeding/meds
Light cleaning
Child care of children 8+
Tutoring - English, French, history, social studies, algebra, general science, chemistry
GM assorted TTRPGs
Light household repairs

If anyone has ideas to help the most vulnerable among us survive 4-12 years (it's going to take a while to rebuild after all the damage, even if we elected someone as progressive as #AOC next) please let me know so I can pass on what I haven't already suggested. (Family's not an option here.)

They'd rather live, but couldn't get by without their meds, income (it's not possible due to their illnesses for them to work a set schedule,) or doctors. They're now unable to afford their #HRT because Medicaid has stopped covering it, or enough food to get through the month, even with #EBT.

I was more concerned about those who haven't seen the full interview, only see this thread, and then go on thinking that he's a *diagnosed* psychopath.

He's too narcissistic to submit to the process, so we'll probably never know for certain, unless by some miracle he's locked up before fleeing.

While he shows the symptoms and signs, and I fully believe he is, iirc the report stated that they couldn't actually diagnose him because they had not done a formal diagnostic interview. (Like he'd agree to one.)

I usually recommend DS9 as a starting place for my non-Trek friends.
I think it's the series that's held up the best over the years, it has a good survey of the universe and lore, and it's just a good show overall.
