Agreed! I had to think about it a while to decide what I thought best to share.

I loved running and playing Cyberspace back in college. Found the game right after reading Neuromancer for the first time. The game had the right amount of grittiness and deadliness I was seeking in an rpg at the time. Since then I have only cyberpunk one shots.

It is a yearly tradition for us the day after Thanksgiving.

Yeah, the title only for a small box game but it’s a lot of fun to play. The Two Towers is coming out soon or already released.

We played through another three challenging chapters of The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring Trick Taking Game. We around halfway through the campaign now. Lots of fun and a great time spent for us to spend with another couple from church.

Oh yeah! Ran my third session of our Star Trek Adventures 2e campaign, year one of a five year mission of the USS Invictus. Episode titled “No Prey, No Pay”.

It was one of my early ttrpg experiences. Middle-Earth is my favorite fantasy world but I have never managed to play or run a long term campaign in the world. I have tried multiple systems in the world but each campaign has fizzled out. The lower magic elements don’t interest my players as much.

I ran two incredible campaigns almost two decades ago now and nothing since. Perhaps I will get back to it someday.

I used to GM both of those back in high school and college. Only got to play MERP once then I became the GM. Champions I was always the GM and never played it.

Yep. You roll a number of d10s equal to the appropriate Trait and Skill but only Keep dice up to your trait value and Drop the rest. Then you add up the Keep dice and compare to a Target Number.
