As a pretty committed Guinness drinker, I agree completely - tastes great & far superior to other zero alcohol alternatives.

I’m firmly in the early morning camp, it’s just how my body clock works. Do I perform better than people who get up a bit later? No! We just have different rhythms. There’s a lot to be said for interactive work during core hours only, & then let everyone work as early/late as they like either side.
