Any question I had about whether the SNW actors properly embody the characters is settled as I had a dream last night I had to collapse a spatial anomaly with Kirk and Spock and they were the SNW versions.
Also the anomaly was in a British terraced street and exploded without damaging houses!

Had gone for a job, a step up to managerial. Was waiting for a response for ages, finally told there was a delay due to qualifications (I am working towards a needed rather than having it)

I have thoroughly loved Star Trek Khan. Having that to listen to each week has been awesome and the whole thing has been great and really well done.

If I had a nickel for every time Admiral Kirk took command of the Enterprise and came back with the Captain Dead or Missing... I'd have two nickels.

There's been a lot of flag based nonsense where massive bigots have announced their national pride by being massive fucking racists. It's vile. So I was heartened today to see a far better demonstration of Britishness, by a man who's highlighting the pothole problem by filling one with baked beans!

I've been solidly at work so far so have had no time to listen to the latest episode of Khan, but damn I love this series! Love the notion around historical accuracy based on who's account we hear and exploring Khan and Marla further is very compelling stuff.

Been watching a bit of TOS lately and I've got to say... I appreciate it's 'of it's time' and obviously the effects won't be like today's, but... It's fucking amazing!!! Guys this series still slaps!
