I think the Open AI, Oracle, Nvidia, AMD alliance around AI is in serious trouble. It may take a couple of weeks to think through all the derivative effects, but we probably will not be building as much data centers in the near term, i.e. 18 months. Suffice to say: Google a d Anthropic will win.

I don't think one woman congress has a committee leadership position. Guy just lies like it is second nature. He will be removed from his speakership position in January.

Lol, Zillow tried to rate the climate risks facing individual properties. The real estate industry *hated* it, precisely because it worked -- it made selling risky properties more difficult. So they rebelled & Zillow caved.
