We occasionally have them on our lower terrace, but recently one flew low across our roof terrace when we were having drinks with birdwatcher friends.

We had to take down a tree and now need to burn the wood. No complaints from the dogs.

GDS already requires testing with vulnerable users. What would change is someone specific being accountable for whether that testing was adequate and whether findings were acted on appropriately. The shift from process compliance to outcome accountability.
