This work highlights how intact-tissue imaging and AI-powered analysis can generate actionable insights into target engagement, phenotypic efficacy, and biodistribution.
In collaboration with AbbVie, we will present results that leverage whole-brain tissue clearing, light-sheet imaging, and AI-powered quantification workflows to map amyloid plaques, microglia, and therapeutic antibody distribution across entire AD model mouse brains.
