Dental staff was amazed I was able to speak with someone that could help.
I told them I wasn’t terribly surprised. It’s why I receive care @fredhutch.org

Already dealing with medical anxiety from complex PTSD, I tried to get a hold of someone on that care team from the exam room, because I didn’t want to reschedule unless I had to.
It took a few transfers, paging nurses, put on hold, but I got my clearance + was able to proceed.
