Whew, what a week! After grinding out some big projects and moving others along I'm gearing up for a nice weekend of being busy every single day doing the things I love.
🙃 Anyone else out there relax by being just as busy personally as they are at work during the week????

Career pathing could not be more important for the employee AND the employer than right now. What do you do if the path you are on right now is also headed for automation or looking to promote a strong employees on their career progression if that won't be there in 12-18 months due to automation?
