Sounds like you've had some negative Scrum experiences. What you've described doesn't sound great. I've found Scrum works well in some contexts, and not so well in others, but in all contexts we've had to adapt it, extend it, and change it to create the best experience for the humans in the system.

But where’s the slide cover? Are you telling me those buttons are left uncovered all the time? 🤣
