I agree. But choose to frame the concept differently to better appeal to America's value system:

Healthcare is a community obligation. We owe it to our community to provide for one another's health and well-being.

I love how you always have a historical parallel that helps put the present in context.

"AI" makes this even worse, by appropriating the product of generations of expertise and presenting it, context-free, in an apparently commodities form.
