Pretty much, it’s similar to how fans of one sports team hate another blindly. They hate their players with a passion until they sign with their team. Everyone else is juvenile and amateurish compared to their team. It’s silly tbh, and a lot of it is bots with the same replies & posts word for word

And now a parent company with questionable business practices and morals as well. Who knew the kid of a billionaire could be the little engine that could, and the underdog in the story

For sure, no matter what anyone tells you. AEWs the best thing to happen to Pro Wrestling in decades. It’s made WWE work harder, pay and treat their athletes better, put out a better product, and given people opportunities if they don’t fit into their product or companies morals. Competition is good

It’s more about profit margins and sponsors than concern for their athletes. They let Cody wrestle with a torn pec, they’ve let people wrestle with injuries. The released people when they’re out injured. They’re concerned with someone getting injured on live tv, or blood turning sponsors away.

Also, you’re take is similar to a lot
of people who are returning to pro wrestling or new to it. Unfortunately there is a ton of AEW hate from long term WWE fans who are used to sports entertainment, or don’t think “flippy shit” should be in the product… many who think bigger equals baddest.

Sure it’s their tag line, but it’s true. There are phenomenal talents in WWE, but the emphasis will never be on letting them do what they do best. But fitting them into their style. For some that’s enough. I’d rather see them do what they’re capable of in the ring. I love all the different styles

Nope, I used to watch WWE, but left due to stagnation of product and morality of the company. I got into NXT, their black and gold era is on par with AEW. Then VKM took power from HHH and nerfed the product, made it more about characters than their abilities. AEW is literally where the best wrestle

WWE will have Fenix soon, he’s phenomenal. Dante Martin/Lio Rush/Andrade/ PP/ Bucks are all great as well. Forgot PAC and Buddy Murphy in first post

Iyo is one of the best women’s wrestlers in the world but doesn’t get to show it in WWE style. Dragon Lee is a great high flyer but is grounded there from what he can do. There’s a lot of NXT wrestlers that are good, but no one compares to Ospreay/Ricochet/Fletcher/Omega/Vikingo/Mystico/Kommander

Also, welcome to the sickos club… HHH referred to fans who like hardcore wrestling as sickos… Tony Khan said he books wrestling for the sickos… the bullet club is the biggest non WWE wrestling faction ever… so the fans co-opted Sickos Club as their nom de guerre. Thanks Neon Ghost

Good ol chicken is one of my wife’s favorite wrestlers. He and his brother were one of the best tag teams ever in the sport. His death is heartbreaking, especially considering he didn’t get the chance to shine in the major leagues… seeing his brother on the Tron behind him during walkouts brings joy
