*Longing intensifies*

So when I say this project was life-changing, I am not being hyperbolic. I will be forever grateful to Lim and Rune, to all the other incredibly talented contributors, and to the COD Community as a whole for making this happen and making my life better. 🩶

This zine kept me sane during one of the most stressful times of my life, the project starting a week after coming out to my IRL friends, and ending a week before coming out to my family. I was a wreck for months and redrawing ghoap 4 times was a welcome distraction that helped me keep a clear head.

This zine was the catalyst that helped me find joy in drawing again, that made me create something for fun for the first time in years.

This zine inspired me to step outside of my comfort zone and connect with people in the community, my introverted ass now has almost TOO many friends.

First and foremost, a huge shoutout to mildlimerence.bsky.social and enderspren.bsky.social for organizing such an amazing project - their efforts contributed to what would become a life-changing experience for me and I will never be able to thank them enough.
