Yes, I agree. The insulation scheme we had until now was dysfunctional. But the scheme we had until about 2012 worked quite well AFAIK. It should not be a big deal to revive that you’d think…

At the same time, they will abolish subsidies for home insulation. That’s massively counterproductive in terms of decarbonisation.
